As i have now still got the same problem, [yes it returned when my wife came home and said the left indicator was not working again] I did try to reset the BSI, as best i could but it is still the same this morning[Thursday] I have spoken to one of the BBA technicians on the phone, and explained all the symptoms to him, and he said it sounds as if the BBI is faulty, and suggested that i send it to them, for checking, which i will now do.

Because the BSI is not a cheap part, I decided to replace the relays myself.
